February 6, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Tokyo, Japan - HALO AirFinance (“HALO”), a joint venture between GA Telesis (“GAT”) and Tokyo Century Corporation (“TC”), closed a financing for an entity owned and managed by AE Industrial Partners, LP (“AEIP”) secured by one Airbus A320-200 aircraft leased to a European Operator.
