It’s never been harder to make it to Canton, Ohio than it is now and one has to look no further than the Class of 2025.

There are only four members of the new class.

It is the fewest possible members a class is allowed to have.

The Class of 2025 is made up of Jared Allen, Sterling Sharpe, Eric Allen and Antonio Gates.

With the new change in the selection process, it made it harder than ever to make the cut.

The new process sent three Senior candidates, one coach and one contributor to the final round.

The Senior candidates were Sterling Sharpe, Maxie Baughan and Jim Tyrer.

The coach was Mike Holmgren and the contributor was Ralph Hay.

Once those five were identified, voters cast their ballots for three of them, with an 80 percent approval rate required for any candidate to earn selection.

Sharpe was the only one to receive enough votes to make it.
