How much does it cost to replace the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen?

If you lose or break your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s S Pen, if you want to replace it will set you back $50. This is the same price as last year’s Galaxy S24 Ultra S Pen. While $50 isn’t outrageous for an official accessory, many users expected a lower price since the new S Pen lacks Bluetooth functionality.

Samsung’s decision to remove Bluetooth from the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s S Pen came as a surprise. This means you can’t use Air Gestures, remote camera control, or media playback controls like you could with previous models.

According to Samsung, the reason for removing Bluetooth is due to low demand. The company claims most users weren’t using Air Gestures. So they opted to simplify the S Pen by removing Bluetooth functionality. It still works perfectly fine for writing and drawing, but the more “futuristic” features that require Bluetooth are now gone.

While the included S Pen lacks Bluetooth, Samsung isn’t abandoning the feature entirely. The company will still sell a separate Bluetooth-enabled S Pen. The company is targeting users who might have a need for it, although they will need to shell out extra. However, pricing and availability for this model remain unclear.

Not everyone is happy with the change. Some Samsung fans believe removing Bluetooth was a mistake. Especially since the S Pen is one of the biggest selling points of the Ultra series. Many users have even started a petition to bring back Bluetooth functionality for the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

For now, if you need to replace S Pen for your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, expect to pay $50.
