Ospree Duty Free rolls out India’s first digital invoicing system at Mumbai Duty Free

INDIA. Ospree Duty Free has launched the country’s first digital invoicing system with its Mumbai Duty Free operation at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

This innovative solution is designed to enhance the shopping experience for travellers, making it faster, more efficient and sustainable.

The new digital invoicing system offers different benefits, including 60% faster checkout.

It also allows paper-free receipts, with invoices delivered via email, SMS or WhatsApp, eliminating the need for printed copies.

The move reinforces the travel retailer’s sustainability focus by reducing paper waste, marking a significant step toward a greener future.

Ospree Duty Free CEO Gaurav Singh said: “We are setting new benchmarks by combining technology with sustainability. Digital invoicing is just one of the many innovations we are rolling out to enhance the duty-free shopping experience for global travellers.” ✈
