SkyWorks Holdings today announced completed transactions and new engagements entered into during Q4 2024 across its advisory and asset management platform, as follows:

• An engagement by a North American network airline with respect to the potential acquisition of on-lease aircraft.

• An engagement by Fiji Airways on fleet-related matters.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of WestJet in connection with sale and leaseback financing of five new 737 MAX

aircraft joining the fleet in 2024/2025. In the recent quarter, SkyWorks closed on a lease agreement for one of the 737 MAX 8 aircraft, in addition to the four aircraft that closed in 3Q24.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of Spirit Airlines for the sale of 23 A320ceo family aircraft.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of a North American LCC with respect to fleet strategy.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of Jeju Air with respect to the acquisition of one on-lease 737-800 aircraft.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of Northwestern Mutual for the forward sale of one 767-200ER aircraft on lease to United Airlines.

• Completion of an assignment on behalf of a U.S. financial institution for the lease extension of one A319-100 on lease to American Airlines.

In addition, SkyWorks continued to support its clients related to the following engagements:

• North American low-cost carrier with respect to arranging JOLCO financing for A320 aircraft and Pratt & Whitney GTF engines.

• Latin American airline with respect to a restructuring of its fleet obligations.

• Flair Airlines with respect to the sourcing of 737NG and 737 MAX aircraft.

• North American low-cost carrier with respect to the sale of certain 737-800 aircraft.

• EMEA flag carrier with respect to the financing for two A320neo aircraft and two A330neo aircraft.

• EMEA flag carrier with respect to an aircraft order campaign.

• North American low-cost carrier with respect to its aircraft order book.

• Latin American startup airline for fleet-related strategy and aircraft sourcing.

• Latin American network carrier on fleet-related matters.
