Bambara share “Letters from Sing Sing” from upcoming album, add FREE Brooklyn release show to 2025 tour

Bambara will release Birthmarks, their first album in five years, on March 12, and they’ve just shared a new song from it. “Letters from Sing Sing” is revved up and anthemic with some very ’80s-style orchestra hit samples in the chorus. Not your usual Bambara song in some ways, though Reid Bateh’s impassioned vocals remain at the heart of things. You can watch the video for it below.

Just before the album’s out, Bambara will play a Brooklyn record release show at Baby’s All Right on March 7, and it’s a free show (grab free tickets here). They then head to the UK and Europe and all dates are listed below.
