Frederique Constant Launches New Classic Tourbillon Manufacture Timepiece
Frederique Constant has unveiled a new edition of its Classic Tourbillon Manufacture, a direct descendant of the 18k pink gold variants from 2023. Now housed in a three-part stainless steel case with a polished finish, the new timepiece features a 39mm case diameter and palm green sunray dial.Decorating the dial is applied and silver-colored diamond-cut indices are paired with matching hour and minute hands. Dominating the 6 o’clock spot is the tourbillon, which provides seconds reading via a small hand.Powering this timepiece is the Maison’s self-winding FC-980 manufacture movement, which is wholly developed and assembled in-house. The movement is viewable through the see-through caseback, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 38 hours.In complementing the dial’s calming hue, the new timepiece comes with a palm green alligator leather strap with tonal stitchings. Limited to 150 examples, the Classic Tourbillon Manufacture features a price tag of £12,995 GBP (approx. $16,275 USD).
