Monster Hunter Wilds will come pre-downloaded onto the console. The PlayStation 5 disc version will cost 79,980 yen or around $523, whereas the discless version will cost 72,980 yen or $477. Both versions of the console will come with a 1TB SSD, a DualSense wireless controller, Monster Hunter Wilds (which includes a digital artbook and other add-ons), and Astro's Playroom. The price isn't too different from when the PlayStation 5 originally released, which means consumers in Japan could get their hands on Monster Hunter Wilds and PS5 through the bundle for about the same price as a standard PlayStation 5. However, this bundle is exclusive to Japan, and there is no mention if it will be available in other regions. The bundle will release on February 28, 2025 to coincide with the release of the game.
