Aluminum flashing under new window
Finally replaced the window in my kitchen and I had excess siding on all sides except the bottom where it came up short. The window has an “integrated J Channel” that the other sides use to tuck into. I basically just need a piece of trim that will cover the cut edge and then tuck under the J Channel. However the bottom siding comes up short and I have about a 3 or 4 inch gap. Don’t mind the spray foam.
