Basement Flooring and Room Transition

I am putting flooring down in the basement. Pretty large space with hallways and other rooms. We aren't using doors down there and flooring will be the same everywhere...right outside of the first room is a closet off to the right. My question is, whether I plan to use doors or not, and whether or not I am using the same flooring for the whole basement, should I be using floor transitions if I am going between rooms? My concern is how to connect the laminate flooring coming from one room with the laminate coming from the closest and other side rooms?
