Flooring over gravel garage floor?

As the title says, I’m looking to put a floor over my gravel garage floor. It’s basically a shed attached to the main garage. But I’m looking to turn it into more of a climate controlled work space that stays clean. I’m already planning on insulating the walls and putting up some panels there. As for the floor, my initial thoughts were to level out the gravel, put down a moisture barrier, lay down some treated plywood, then put those heavy floor mats or horse stall mats ontop. Is this the most budget friendly/decent way to do this? I don’t have any experience with pouring slabs and I don’t have the funds to pay someone to do it. submitted by /u/Opttum [link] [comments]
