All boons in Fortnite and how to get them

Boons are items in Fortnite that provide your character unique buffs and effects.

Boons strengthen your abilities and give you an upper hand in the battle. As boons are innately powerful, they aren’t the easiest thing to find. However, there are a few guaranteed ways to get your hands on them.

Here’s a list of all boons in Fortnite and how to get them.

How to get all boons in Fortnite

In Chapter 6 Season 2, boons can be purchased from black markets for one Dill Bit or found in rare chests around the map.

Unfortunately, boons cannot be dropped from inventories manually or upon elimination, so you can’t loot one off of another player. However, boons last throughout a match even if you get eliminated — meaning you’ll keep your boons if you get rebooted.

There are five boons available in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2:

• Adrenaline Rush Boon: Gain the Slap effect (short-term unlimited Energy regen) upon mantling, hurdling, and wall jumping.
• Gold Ammo Boon: Gain ammo when picking up Bars.
• Gold Rush Boon: Opening or destroying Chests grants Gold Rush.
• Greed Boon: Find extra Bars from eliminations and opening containers.
• Vulture Boon: Reveal where enemies are eliminated on the map for a short time.
