Once in the sub-region, you can find the first 26 crystals in the south portion of Fool's Elysium, specifically by the loose stone gate and around its southmost Resonance Nexus. When in the former area, enter the gate to unlock The Fool's Pathway trophy/achievement. The beacon will be located south of Figurehead's Shrine.
