The Genshin Impact 5.5 update has released a bunch of new World Quests in Natlan's Atocpan and Ancient Sacred Mountain. Completing these quests will give you a ton of rewards and help you unlock several hidden locations on the map. You can start by teleporting to the waypoint in Remnants of Tetenanco and heading south to find an NPC named Suriqui. Talking to her will trigger the Sing, Ho, For the Greatness of Fat! quest, and she will ask you to complete her challenge.
