Basement puddle and wet plate

I noticed a wet spot at the corner of the basement. No stain on the walls, only at the base of the plate. The plates are alittle wet. I believe it might have been the cause of a malfunctioning samp pump plug, which I fixed and it's running again as it should ( alot of melted snow outaide). I am not sure how long the pump has been off. For now I put a heater to dry the wet area, but I was just wondering if the damage is a big enough to cause rot and whether I need to change the plates in the future. I dont believe it's pressure treated wood. Its the first time in 7 years that I noticed these spots and most likely it's because the pump was off. https://imgur.com/a/oIK7cbg submitted by /u/Reasonable-Trust-875 [link] [comments]
