Best asphalt repair?
I had a gas canister that had a small leak on my asphalt driveway. It was there for maybe 12 hours but ate through a section of asphalt. What is the best repair method for this situation? I dug out the loose asphalt and a few inches around it, making a hole that is about 8"x6" and 3.5" deep. My initial plan was to add gravel to match the base level of the surrounding area and cold patch it.
