The Stash and Dash Storage Unit is the only new addition to Schedule 1 in the latest update, and you can add it to your list of properties. If you're running out of space in the Docks Warehouse and the Barn, the new property will be immensely helpful. While it's not as big as the two other properties, the new location can be a great choice for beginners. However, the easiest way to locate it is to buy the place from Ray's Realty. You'll have to spend $5,000 to purchase, which is significantly lower than what it costs to purchase either the Docks Warehouse or the Barn. Once you've purchased the location, you can access it as one of your other properties. Despite being named as a storage unit, you can set up your business at that location as well. Once you've purchased the business, it will be marked on the map, making it easier for you to find it. If you're just getting started, you can easily buy it for a cheap price. It has one small room and a narrow space going to the back. There's not much to keep at this location (another reason why I feel it's beginner-friendly, as you won't have too many tools available at your disposal).
