UK based but tips welcome from all. We're just going through planning but we're about i embark of full downstairs renovation, side extension adding a downstairs shower and utility room. Were also replacing raised time floors and replacing some steuctual beams. We will be living in the house during this as much as we can and plan to a RV on driveway when we can't.
