Fence Posts: How Shallow Can I Safely Go?
I need to put in a small fenced (4 foot tall) in area in the backyard. The backyard rarely gets any wind and I don't have to worry about any large animals knocking it down. My concern is that I have a propane tank and a line running through the yard somewhere (in the area where the fence needs to go.) My research said that 811 does NOT locate private lines.
