Genshin Impact Whirling Waltz character locations
Whirling Waltz is the flagship event in Genshin Impact 5.6. It has three main story acts, and you can find and interact with certain characters after completing each act. You can find the locations of all the characters you can meet during the Whirling Waltz event.
