From there, follow the path that is headed towards the north and leads through the forest. Once you reach Greatwood Forest, continue heading towards the spire in the distance. Once you reach the swamp you have basically arrived, now you should hang right, after the big tree and in the direction of the mountain. Here, you should find a hanging rope close by.
