He will unlock a storage chest, which contains a lot of different items. Once you have removed the items, the storage can be used to keep different items. You can keep using this chest until the Priory gets invaded by the Mythic Dawn. Use a Sack Certain pouches and bags are tagged as "Sack," and you can find them at different locations.
