IC can light questions

I am going to install some can lights over a new table in a craft room. I have easy access to the attic space above, and can move the blown in insulation, etc. Is there a benefit to using remodel type vs new construction cans in this situation? Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/TuckerC170 [link] [comments]
