Large format tile backsplash project. Turned into alot

Very happy with the finished product, but this project turned into a lot! I originally wanted to go with a full porcilian slab but couldn't find anyone willing to do it, so i went with 72x36 tile and now i understand why. Moved all of the electrical off the wall; relocated them into the cabinets and under the sink. Fished new lines from the junction boxes from the crawlspace to the new boxes. Smashed the cpvc plumbing under the house so i had to redo the plumbing there. I swapped out the blade on my track saw for a 4.5 inch tile angle grinder blade. That really helped me make nice straight cuts. I mitered the leadge behind the sink and boy was that we way harder than when i see Instagram tile guys do it. All in all good work though. This took a solid month to complete. submitted by /u/nemofish [link] [comments]
