Suitable for single or double shots, our favorite espresso mug has a thin rim that’s pleasant to sip from. It also pours espresso smoothly if you’re making a cappuccino or latte. Plus, we liked that the ceramic material maintains heat well.

Classic Whistling Kettle

This speedy kettle was among the fastest to boil water when we tested 10 stovetop kettles. It was 30 seconds faster than the competition when boiling 0.75 quarts of water and tied for first when boiling 1.5 quarts. We especially liked that the handle is comfortable to hold and the spout doesn’t splash while pouring.

San Francisco 16-Piece Dinnerware Set

The pieces in this set are “substantial, yet lightweight,” according to our review of dinnerware sets. We tested the Lapis color and appreciated its slight ombré hue.
