Miley Cyrus Delivers Alluring New Single "End of the World"

Miley Cyrus is gearing up for the release of her new album Something Beautiful with the release of her new single "End of the World." The artist also delivers a sultry music video to accompany the single's release. Cyrus can be seen dancing in front of the band before writhing on the ground in a green sequined dress. There's a filter on the visuals giving the hazy look as she sings the lyrics, "Let's pretend it’s not the end of the world," all while referencing partying like Paul McCartney and driving out to Malibu one more time. Telling her audience to embrace the now, "Show me how you’d hold me if tomorrow wasn’t coming for sure," Cyrus drops this single just after she announced the upcoming visual album.Something Beautiful marks her ninth album and will feature 13 original tracks from Cyrus. Executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett, the artist told Harper's Bazaar, "My idea was making ‘The Wall,’ but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture." Cyrus also described her album to be "hypnotizing and glamorous. It's a concept album that’s an attempt to medicate somewhat of a sick culture through music." A film will release alongside the album. Look out for the album drop on May 30.Read more at Hypebeast
