Multimeter issue

My multimeter has continuity and new batteries but it is not measuring voltage. Leeds are correct, set to 200v a/c, red hot , black negative. Household outlet should be 120v. Getting zeroes. Is my multimeter bad? submitted by /u/CriticismOtherwise78 [link] [comments]
