Paint peeling off of drywall
I have a about a 3 ft by 1 ft section of drywall where the paint is cracked and peeling off. I was wondering if anybody could give me advice on the correct way to fix this. Should I scrape off all the loose paint and use sheetrock compound to fill in the area and then sand it down?
