You can get this Pokémon by hatching either of the 2 km, 5 km, 7 km, or 10 km Eggs. Might and Mastery Special Research, Max Battles, and Raids Might and Mastery is the Special Research in the event from which you can get Kubfu. It's free and runs from March 5 at 10 a.m. local time to June 3, 2025, at 9:59 a.m. local time. This means you will have over three months to get hold of this Legendary Wushu Pokémon. All Pokémon debuts in Powerful Potential event
