Roofing/ decking replacement questions
I just bought a house and the Inspector said that we have mold on the boards and rafters (we can see it in the eaves-old owner put insulation up we think that’s what was causing it.) The mold guy came over and said that we should replace the roof and mold at the same time (roof is 20 years old). Do you recommend getting all the decking replaced because of mold?
