Selling my house and the inspector found a slow drip here. Any advice on if I can fix it?
Like the title says this was one of two things that came back on our inspection, the other I know I have to hire out because it’s outside my wheelhouse, but I’m not even sure if this would be a quick fix or if it’s something more complex.
