What is this wire?
I am replacing a ceiling fan. Black wire of the removed fan was attached to purple wire in pic and white one to the white in pic. Is the pink one, ground? It was not connected just covered with the nut as pic shows. New fan has 2 green wires for ground in addition to usual black and white. submitted by /u/elbarto3001 [link] [comments]
