Hi everyone I’m looking to buy a solid wood slab (oak, walnut, maple, etc.) for a custom desk top, ideally 30” x 60”. I’d also need it cut to size. Since I’m on a tight budget of $300, I’m looking for the best balance between quality and affordability. I’d prefer chain stores (like Home Depot, Lowe’s, or other nationwide retailers) rather than local specialty shops.
