Thankfully, you're next to a Sprite Shrine, letting you track nearby Sprites so you don't have to go on a complicated scavenger hunt. Doing this highlights them in orange. Once you find a Dash Sprite, pick it up and toss it onto the ground to activate its powers. You'll notice gold coin-like objects hovering around your character, signaling that you can now double-jump to activate its abilities. Do this to knock out the next two quest objectives.
