Baseboard cleaning or repair
New homeowner. How can I properly address these baseboards in the main bathroom? Not sure how to tell if this is grime or moisture damage. Is there a way to find out without removing the entire baseboards to check? The bottom of the baseboards are not caulked, and I want to address the issue before “sealing in” the issue to fester.
