Basement Wall Framing
I bought a house last year. Most of the basement is finished. In the laundry room/utility room, it appears they only finished a few walls about halfway down and has a vapor shield (?). Anyways, in would like to finish the remainder of the walls and am hoping I don't have to tear down what is already there. Is that possible?
