Bathroom Tap Cartridge not Turning
The hot tap above my bathroom sink is not turning fully. The plastic handle adaptor that goes on top of the cartridge is perfectly fine, and the cartridge itself looks very clean and in good condition. What could be causing it not to turn properly? It only turns about 1/4 of the way. Also, how easy it is to replace the cartridge with these types of wall mounted taps?
