Bought custom screens- too small
Hello, Ive lived in my house for about 5 years. The house was missing about half the window screens. Last year I measured and ordered custom screens to fit these windows. Well....they took months to come in and are non-returnable and a smidge too small. They do fully cover the window but the tensioners just barely reach the channels so theyre loose and pop out of place extremely easily. They probably only needed another 1/4 inch. Without ordering new ones is there a way to make them fit better? I dont mind a jury rig solution but I also dont want them to look like complete shit.
