Built In Entertainment Center

Hi All, In a weird spot here. Attempting a DIY entertainment center with cabinets and built in shelves, but the window and curtain rod on the right side make it difficult to have even space for shelving. I could move the TV more to the left, but I only have about 2 inches before the outlet behind the TV starts to show. I need about 5 inches on the right side to make the TV centered and have the ability to build shelving upward evenly on each side. Any ideas on what to do?
