DC Celebrates Injustice and Nightwing Artist Bruno Redondo in Gorgeous Artist Spotlight Covers
DC Comics is celebrating the work of Injustice: Gods Among Us and Nightwing artist Bruno Redondo with a new series of Artist Spotlight variant covers. Get an exclusive first look at all eight covers.


Thanks to his work on titles like Injustice: Gods Among Us and Nightwing, Bruno Redondo is easily one of the most talented artists working at DC these days. Case in point, in 2023 Redondo won the Eisner Award for Best Cover Artist for his work on Nightwing. So it only makes sense that DC would want to celebrate Redondo's bold, eye-catching style with a new series of variant covers.
DC will publish no fewer than eight new covers by Redondo in August 2025 as part of its Artist Spotlight promotion. That includes this hilarious variant of Detective Comics #1100, paying homage to a campier era in Batman's history:
