Design SW for a Deck with a 3 Season Room under it.

So I am going to do 90% of this, not pouting the damn Concrete. but the current deck is a 16X16 10 ft off the ground. guy who built must of been a real dipshit. never seen one built so stupid. Regardless the POS is coming down. I am going to run wiring for a Hot Tub and also run line to my garage to have a sub panel dumbass who built the house did not add anything when he built it. Who builds a damn house in MN does not put a gas line or extra outlets in a garage...
