Dry rot or wet Rot?
Any help identifying this. I thinks it’s wet rot from either a leaky pipe behind the wall or from a humidifier. The entire length of the floorboard along half of its width is disintegrating. Pretty sure it’s not termites. Tmmrw I will take that section of wall out (it’s screwed in for access. And see if the pipes have leaked. Area is dry to the touch. Also, it’s cheap flooring.
