Faux Stucco for shipping container
I have a shipping container and the city wants me to stucco it so that it matches my home. I do not want to make a structure around it. Cement stucco is to heavy. I want to find an acrylic spray with a stucco texture that willl adhere to the painted metal. My next idea is to use foam board, and create a stucco board. Adhere it to the container then paint the whole thing for water proofing. What adhesive will be best? Will acrylic stucco adhere to the foam board or do I need to add chicken wire? I don't want or need all Of the layers of EIFS. It would be too heavy. I'm up for any ideas and advice on products. submitted by /u/Pesky-Falcon [link] [comments]
