Garden DIY
Doing some DIY in my backyard and I’m prepping a garden bed area but not sure what to do about this metal rod that was left here from the previous owner. The inner tube pulls out and seems to have some water at the bottom. I’ve dug down about a foot and not sure if I can remove it or it’s serving a drainage purpose?
