How to achieve a gallery wall on concrete walls?

I want to create a gallery wall of framed photos and prints on my staircase. I live in a 1980s house with thick concrete walls that you can't hammer a nail into. The only ways I can think of to do this are: Use a heavy duty drill to be able to hang the photos - but this takes big chunks out of the wall and I don't want to be polyfilla-ing the wall every time we want to move a photo Hanging rail - this is what my workplace uses to hang pictures in the office. Tried it at home but I hates it as it made me feel like I'm at work
