How would you turn this into a decent space for a man cave or nice storage?
Moved into this house built in 1920. This area of the basement has a dirt floor, and the water and sewage running into the ground along with a floor drain. My first idea is a recliner with a tv, but realistically it would become storage with shelving maybe. It’s just not a fun place to spend time right now.
