How do I remove this balcony awning?
I need to remove this awning ASAP which I will hopefully reinstall later, I have already taken down what I've been able to figure out. All examples I see online are very different from however the roller is loaded into the brackets on mine. After taking the nut off the rusty bolt I hoped there would be enough give for the roller to drop out but no, no side to side movement gained. If I felt like it was possible to just take off one of the brackets to unload the roller I would have but due to space wrenches/sockets can't access the bolts going into the ceiling.
