How do I replace these suspension straps on my outdoor couch?
My outdoor couch has this metal frame that has these fabric straps that support the cushions. It was left outside for a winter and the straps stretched so much that they need to be replaced. Problem is, I'm not sure how. They're wrapped and tacked into the frame somehow.
