How much of a problem is this?

I've got a mostly missing tile on my apartment balcony. It's under cover, but does get wet. Aesthetically, it doesn't bother me and it actually kind of works with the vibe of our outdoor area. My questions are: -how much of a risk is a missing tile to the integrity of the underlying slab? -if it's a problem, are there any quick and simple treatments that won't look too jarring?
