I used some of the bolts I've been saving "just in case."
I helped someone put up a universal TV wall mount about 3 years ago and saved the extra bolts in a drawer of one of my parts bins just in case. The other night working on a project involving repurposing a small motor. The bolts that came with it were too short. But the wall mount bolts were just long enough. I felt so fuckin validated.
